From preparation to promotion: how three professionals secured senior roles through strategic communication

Each of them was stepping into an opportunity that could significantly change their careers, senior positions, greater responsibility, and higher salaries.

They were highly capable professionals with strong technical expertise.

But they all shared the same concern before their interviews:
