Peter, an experienced Project Manager, approached Elevative during a critical phase of his career, seeking support to regain confidence, refine his job search strategy, and improve his interview skills for Project Manager roles. Having recently relocated to Canberra from Sydney and experienced a career gap, he faced self-doubt and uncertainty about navigating the local job market.
